Refunds
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, you will be issued a refund of the full product price. In any other case refund may be requested before the order has been fulfilled. Orders are fulfilled 24 hours after purchase. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This has to be within 30 days of delivery with required photo evidence. A free replacement may be offered.
No Exchange Policy
We understand that choosing the right size and style can be challenging when shopping online. However, due to the nature of our business and to ensure that our customers receive brand new, unworn items, we have a no exchange policy. Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully review our sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or fit, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
